STRENGTH
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING - MONDAY / WEDNESDAY / FRIDAY
Looking to get stronger but struggle to get the motivation? Small group personal training sessions are designed to help clients get the hands on coaching they would receive from a 1-1 personal training session but more cost effective! Building the foundations using compound movements. Limited spaces in class, focusing on the building blocks of training. Max 6 people per class
energy
circuit class - tuesday / thursday
Combination of weights and cardio, working various movement patterns. Expect hard work and a lot of sweat. Full body conditioning at it’s best! The classes are designed to cater for beginners to pro athletes, you work at your own pace and can have as many rests as you need. All exercises are adapted to each individual. Max per class 6 people
the weekender
hybrid class - saturday / sunday
Looking at getting keeping active over the weekend? Hybrid class is the session for you! A mix of strength and cardio, helping everyone get a bit of everything. Low volume strength work, working on technique and building the foundations before moving onto a condition circuit of exercises. Max number of 6 people at class
